how long does shipping take?

it takes 1-3 days to process your order, and 3-8 days for your package to be delivered ! for pre-orders, it may take anywhere from 3-8 weeks total for your order to be processed and delivered.

do you ship internationally?

yes, we can ship internationally, please message us on instagram (frostedcandies) to get a shipping quote and place an order (must provide address), or email glo2berrie@gmail.com

do you allow returns/exchanges?

every order is packed with care ! every item is inspected before packing and the packaging process is filmed to verify if items were packed damaged or if items are missing. but accidents can happen ! if the claim can be verified from the films, you may return the damaged item or recieve a partial refund for a missing item. if this happens to you, please be prepared to email a video of the unboxing process to confirm that the item was received damaged. please contact glo2berrie@gmail.com to make a claim !
