Refund policy
all orders are packed with care, inspected, and filmed to ensure if mistakes are made, theyre caught ! we do not allow returns/refunds/exchanges UNLESS you were given an incorrect or damaged product, in which case a return/exchange will be allowed once verified using video evidence. Please be prepared to email us a photo of the damaged/incorrect item within 7 days of receiving the item.
if return/exchange request is approved :
1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused/ unwashed. We CANNOT accept used/worn/washed SOCKS as it is unsanitary and unsafe for resale.
2. You need proof of purchase.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
